What is the European parliament answer to the Basel 3 proposal ? How to take lessons of the crisis on financial prudential issues? How to balance the trust issue and the impact on the real economy?

After delivering the Commission his report on the draft proposition of Directive and Regulation on the 23rd of January, Mr Othmar Karas, Rapporteur on CRD IV and Vice-president of European Parliament will comment the economical and political issues of the coming regulation within the overall European construction.
