Created in 2008, during the financial turmoil, the European Institute for Financial Regulation is a place for the exchange of ideas and experiences between professionals, regulators, supervisors and universities. The EIFR has one main objective: to contribute to a sound mutual comprehension between regulated entities and regulators, at a European level. To do so, EIFR trainings and events meet two main needs: to spur thinking on European financial regulation and to present some case analysis of the regulation implementation according to a double perspective supervisors and regulated.
